The client wanted to embark on a new Fintech solution. In the initial stage, they would need to prepare and present a proposal to relevant stakeholders. Since they only have a small team and a tight deadline,  they sought our consultation service for this project.

We prepared a project timeline, conducted market research including competitors analysis, and prepared a proposal document for this project. We also represented our client to present the proposal to stakeholders.
