An NGO wanted to formally setup in Malaysia but encountered a few setback. We were hired to oversee the process and ensure that it was done successfully within their timeframe.

1. Learned about client's background.
2. Explained to client about the overall process and requirement.
3. Became a liaison to deal with relevant stakeholders.
4. Prepared the necessary document and completed the registration.

Final Outcome:

The NGO was successfully setup within their timeframe and budget. The whole process was done seamlessly and cost-efficiently using digital technology.
